# Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 26, 2026 · Last updated: July 26, 2026

This policy explains what information Gold Standard Marketing collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.

## 1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us. That includes your name, email address, mobile or business phone number, company name, and the content of any form or message you submit. It also includes any details you share while scheduling or attending a discovery call.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit this website, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate geographic location derived from IP address.

We record SMS consent details when you opt in to text messaging, including the date, time and method of consent.

## 2. How we use your information

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm discovery calls, and provide the services you request. We also use it to send appointment reminders and scheduling updates, send occasional marketing communications where you have consented, improve this website, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

## 3. SMS and text messaging

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you may receive appointment reminders, scheduling updates and occasional marketing messages from Gold Standard Marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent transactional messages directly related to a scheduled appointment you requested.

Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

## 4. Cookies and analytics

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality.

Third-party scheduling and analytics providers used by this site may set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.

## 5. Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate this website and the business. Calendly provides the scheduling widget on our contact page and receives the name, email address and any answers you give when booking a call. Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and content delivery. Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Each processes information only as needed to deliver its service, under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

## 6. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect our rights, safety or property, or with your consent.

## 7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal, tax and record-keeping requirements, or to resolve disputes. Consent records for SMS are retained for as long as required by applicable regulations.

## 8. Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the personal information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 9. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. To make a request, email jessica.e.goldberg@outlook.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We will respond to a verified request within 45 days, and may extend that once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you.

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing jessica.e.goldberg@outlook.com with the word APPEAL in the subject line. We will respond in writing within 60 days with our decision and the reasons for it. If the appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

## 10. Children's privacy

This website and our services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

## 11. Links to other websites

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

## 12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
